10 Things You Didn’t Know You Needed To Know About Me

Shouldn’t we get to know each other better? Here are 10 things you probably didn’t know about me:

1: I was born in 1991, but I could definitely get away with telling you I was born 1999.

2: I eat uncooked, dry pasta (yes, like they’re crisps).

3: I’ve been friends with my closest friends for over 15 years (god that makes me feel old).

4: In August 2015 I quit my job to travel the world with my Girlfriend, Beth. We spent 7 months in Australia, working and travelling. Now we are exploring South East Asia. Next will be New Zealand and South America.

5: If you read the above fact correctly, you guessed it. I’m gay or a Lesbian (I’m still not sure which I like best).

6: I love hats! Flat caps and Cow boy hats are my favourite, but I want them all.

7: As a kid I was obsessed with Digimon (even after Pokemon became uncool). I even had a Digivice, make that two! They are basically like tamagotchis, but better.

8: I have self diagnosed myself with misophonia, meaning “hatred of sound”. Some people just call me cranky. However, a study found that people who are unable to filter out irrelevant noise might make you a genius.

9: I can’t sleep without ear plugs in (see I told you, I hate noise).

10: I Vape. For anyone that thinks they are bad for you… 4000 chemicals VS 3? I’ll take my chances on 3 thank you very much.

So here you have it. 10 things you probably didn’t know about me. Now it’s your turn…

What do most people not know about you? can you relate to any of the 10 things I mentioned? I want to get to know you.

  1. * “I’ve been friends with my closest friends for over 15 years (god that makes me feel old).”
I first went abroad on my own (to meet a penpal in Ireland) a year after you were born. *THAT* makes me feel old :p

    * “However, a study found that people who are unable to filter out irrelevant noise might make you a genius.”
It also might drive you mad with the constant distraction. There is, after all, a fine line between genus and madness! :p

    * “I’m gay or a Lesbian”
I’m not gay, but many people assume/think that I am. Including, somewhat disturbingly, my current girlfriend. * shrug.

    🙂

    • This made me chuckle. I could be mad, it definitely drives me mad. Take it as a compliment, it must mean you dress well ;).

Thanks for the great comment. Loved it.
