Vietnam Travel Photo Diary

Vietnam Travel Photo Diary

There is something spectacular and interesting about Vietnam. We spent over a month here visiting some beautiful places along the way, it was a privilege to be able to take photographs of this colourful, historical country.

I fell completely in love with Vietnam, for it’s history, culture and uniqueness. I even went as far as writing a post describing a few reasons why I fell in love with Vietnam. Take a look, I’d love to know what others thought about it. For now here are some of the photography’s I took whilst travelling through Vietnam.

Hoi An was one of our favourite towns in Vietnam. The architecture is sensational, with a mix of styles from wooden Chinese shophouses and temples to colourful French colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge. You could spend days roaming the beautiful streets of Hoi An.

  • Hoi An – Thu Bon River
  • Hue – Imperial city

The scenery in Vietnam is phenomenal, I’ve never seen anything like it. The magical beauty in Ha Long Bay is breath taking. We sailed along the Bay and stayed there over night, it was certainly one of my favourite trips throughout Vietnam.

  • The Marble Mountains – Da Nang

I couldn’t quite help my self, I wanted to cuddle all the dogs wandering the streets of Vietnam. Some stray, while others were very well looked after too. It’s such a shame seeing these beautiful Animals fending for themselves.

Within the chaos throughout Vietnam you will see the Vietnamese people still hard at work, It’s definitely something to  admire. They don’t seem to stop and for very little reward.

Let’s not forget the Vietnamese coffee, there’s a massive coffee culture. You can see why Vietnam is the second largest producer of coffee in the world.

Vietnam is a spectacular country, full of chaos, beauty and culture. I hope that I one day get the chance to return. Overall it was definitely my favourite country that we visited in South East Asia.

I’d love to hear what you thought about my photographs. Don’t forget to leave a comment bellow.
